Andy Horn: Head Golf Professional

How would you like to make more putts? I have a very simple putting tip that I learned when I was a junior that helped my putting more than any other tip or drill I have ever seen or done. One reason we miss putts left or right is we all move our head throughout the stroke. Here is the way to stop this. The next time you go to the putting green take a ball maker that you can balance the golf ball on. Place the ball on top of the marker. Now, roll some five or six footers and make sure when you stroke through the ball, you keep your eyes on the marker on the ground. Do not move your head until the ball is about half way to the hole. This will keep your head very still as you putt and you will hit more putts solid and with a true roll. Good luck and keep that head still.
